Slip Road Maritime Precinct
Slip Road Maritime Precinct is a new purpose-built marina on Slip Road in Paynesville. The marina is still under construction, with an anticipated completion date of September 2026.

Slip Road Maritime Precinct is on the protected waters of McMillan Strait between Paynesville and Raymond Island. Paynesville offers shops, restaurants and boating services and is home to a host of marine contractors.

Once completed, the new and modern marina will support recreational boating by offering berths from 10m to 28m across two floating jetties. Council will manage the berths in line with its other marinas across the region.

Expression of interest in a future recreational berth at the Slip Road Maritime Precinct is now open. Please complete the Slip Road Maritime Precinct Marina Expression of Interest Form or complete a hard copy at any of Council’s service centres.
