If a collaborative tender is led by a partner, you may need to register with that partner's procurement portal to download and submit tenders.

This is a listing of awarded contracts through a public tender process, with contracts identified by contract number, title, award date, contractors name and price. The awarded contracts are listed by award date.

Awarded operational contracts
Starting in December this year, we will manage requests for quotes for all goods, services, and works procurement via the VendorPanel platform.
VendorPanel is a secure, web-based platform used by governments and organisations across Australia to simplify and manage procurement from local and pre-qualified suppliers.
Businesses already working with us, or those looking to work with us in future, are encouraged to register on the platform to continue receiving opportunities.
VendorPanel platform is easy to use and helps local suppliers connect with opportunities, while ensuring we maintain high standards of transparency and compliance.
We strongly encourage local businesses of all sizes to register and explore what’s available.

Registration is free. Businesses simply select their relevant service categories, then receive email notifications whenever new opportunities are published, either by us or other organisations using the platform.

Q: What is VendorPanel?

Supplier registration
Q: Do I need to register to work with Council?
A: Yes — suppliers must be registered in VendorPanel to be invited to quote or tender (unless an open public tender is advertised on another platform).
Q: How do I register?
A: Go to the link provided in Council’s invitation or visit the VendorPanel Marketplace website. Create a supplier profile with your business and contact details. Select the categories of goods/services you provide so we can find you. Upload any required documents (e.g., insurance certificates, licences).
Q: Is there a cost to register?
A: No, registration is free for suppliers.
Q: What information will I need?
A: Business name, ABN/CAN, contact details, categories of goods/services, insurances – if you have a current contract with us (e.g., Public Liability, Workers Compensation), compliance documents (if required for your category).
Finding and receiving opportunities
Q: Will VendorPanel show me all Council opportunities?
A: Public tenders will still be advertised via our website or the state tender portal. Invited quotes will come through VendorPanel if you are registered and in the relevant category list.
Q: How will I be invited to quote?
A: You’ll receive an email from VendorPanel with a link to the opportunity. Click the link to view the documents and respond online.
Q: Can other councils see my profile?
A: Ye, if you opt in to the VendorPanel Marketplace, other participating councils and organisations can invite you to quote.
Submitting quotes and tenders
Q: Can I still email my quote to Council?
A: No, all invited quotes and tenders must be submitted via VendorPanel to ensure a fair and transparent process.
Q: What file types can I upload?
A: VendorPanel accepts common formats such as PDF, Word, and Excel. Each opportunity will specify any restrictions.
Q: Can I change my submission after sending it?
A: Yes, you can update your submission in VendorPanel at any time before the closing date and time.
Compliance and insurance
Q: Do I need insurance to register?
A: No, unless you have a current contract with us. Any required coverage amounts will be in the registration form or opportunity documents.
Q: How often do I need to update my documents?
A: Updated insurance certificates and licences should be uploaded before they expire to remain eligible for invitations.

Q: Will I be trained to use VendorPanel?
A: VendorPanel is simple to use and provides on-screen guidance. VendorPanel’s quick start guide runs you through set-up. We will run online information sessions to assist businesses with any questions related to the platform. A: Yes,VendorPanel uses secure, encrypted systems. Your details are only visible to councils and organisations you choose to connect with.
Q: Will my competitors see my pricing?
A: No, submissions are confidential and only visible to the authorised evaluation team.
