The East Gippsland Municipal Emergency Management Plan Dec 2024 addresses the prevention of, response to, and recovery from emergencies. The MEMP has been developed with agencies, this plan identifies the roles and responsibilities and risks and hazards for East Gippsland.

The Flood and Storm Plan is a subplan to the Municipal Emergency Management Plan (MEMP) and contains detailed information on preparedness, response, relief and recovery for flooding and storm events.

VICSES led the preparation of this subplan on behalf of the Municipal Emergency Management Planning Committee.
