Do you run a café, restaurant, pub, club, hotel, takeaway venue or food truck?

Would you like to improve your business, save money and make a difference?

Would you like free plumbing work, 80% off an energy health check, free bins and $100 off takeaway containers?

You may be eligible to join the East Gippsland Better Business Program.

What is the East Gippsland Better Business Program?

Our aim is to work with local businesses to support change in our community. By creating new habits, you can save money, time and do your bit for the environment.

We have selected three modules to help guide you through your journey:

Water Energy Waste

By completing each module you will have access to independent advice on topics such as solar and energy efficiency, new Victorian legislation banning single-use plastics and why it’s important to keep food waste out of landfill.

When we understand our consumption and reduce our use and reliance on these focus areas, we can make a big impact on our bills, waste and greenhouse gas emissions.

And who doesn’t want to save money?!

A yellow and red superhero with lightning bolts and a power plug as her head.
Each of the three themes has a mascot to help show your customers the changes you are making in your business.

How to register

There are 12 spaces available to eligible businesses in the 2021-22 financial year.

How do I complete the program?
