Visitors to performances will notice some changes as part of our COVIDSafe plan to protect the health of the audience, performers and theatre staff.
If you have any of the following COVID-19 symptoms, please do not attend the Forge Theatre and Arts Hub: Fever, chills or sweats, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, runny nose, loss of sense of smell and/or taste.
We ask that you and each member of your booking party make a reasonable assessment of your health status before attending our venue or event. If you, a member of your party or someone you or they have been in contact with are displaying symptoms of COVID-19 please do not come to the facility. Contact our office prior to the event start time on 5152 1482 to request a refund. Tickets can only be refunded if you notify us prior to the start time of the performance or event.
For the purpose of contact tracing for COVID-19, all patrons attending our venue are requested to provide their names and contact numbers. This information may be shared with the Government Health Organisation in the event of a suspected or confirmed COVID-19 contact at the event.
All patrons must notify the venue immediately if they develop any symptoms of, or are diagnosed with, COVID-19 within 14 days of attending the event.
For contact tracing purposes, all Ticket Holders must not sit in any seat within the theatre other than the seat allocated to them or as indicated on their ticket. Ticket holders who arrive late to a performance may be placed in an alternative seat until there is a convenient break in the program or at interval. Management reserves the right to refuse admission to latecomers. Tickets must be retained throughout the performance.
Wearing a fitted face mask inside the venue is preferred or required if mandated by government.
Venue management may direct Ticket Holders who fail to comply with these terms and conditions to leave the venue immediately without protest. In such circumstances, the Ticket Holder acknowledges that they, and any member of their party who wishes to leave with them, will not be entitled to a refund nor have any other claim against the venue.
Ticket purchasers declare that all tickets will only be utilised by themselves or members of their own household, and that each ticket holder will be made aware of these terms and conditions by the ticket purchaser.
Persons not of the same household are required to purchase their own tickets separately to ensure physical distancing is observed
All ticket holders acknowledge that it may be necessary for the venue to separate groups to comply with current physical distancing regulations.
The venue may cancel the event at any time and without notice if it determines (in its unrestricted discretion) that the event should not proceed for reasons of public safety including, without limitation, due to risks associated with COVID-19.
Disclaimer and exclusion: The Ticket Holder enters the venue and attends the event at their own risk and will not make any claim or take any action against the venue in respect of any injury, illness or damage.
