Changes to the Raymond Island ferry pass system are being introduced, with arrangements in place to support residents and annual pass holders during the transition.

Resident portable passes

Resident portable passes that are due to expire on Monday 31 August 2026 will remain valid until the new resident pass system is introduced. This means eligible Raymond Island residents can continue to access the ferry while the new system is being finalised.

Further information about the collection of new resident passes and transition timeframes will be provided once these details are finalised.

Annual ferry passes

New annual ferry passes will be available for purchase from Tuesday 25 August 2026.

To provide sufficient time for existing pass holders to purchase and receive their new passes, current annual passes will remain valid until 30 September 2026.
