Apply now for a FREE Visit Victoria ATDW listing for 12-months, valued at $295.
We are offering eligible tourism businesses across East Gippsland Shire Council the opportunity to apply for one of the limited subsidies to cover the cost of an ATDW listing/profile for 12-months, valued at $295.
What’s the benefit to your business?
The ATDW (Australian Tourism Database Warehouse) is the premier digital marketing platform for the Australian tourism industry and connects tourism businesses with domestic and global consumers.
An ATDW profile enables you to create one single profile that is featured across many high-profile tourism websites including Visit Gippsland, Visit Victoria, Tourism Australia and our upcoming Visit East Gippsland redeveloped website that we’re gearing up for launch in spring this year.
Your listing will improve the SEO (Search Engine Optimisation) for your business - increasing your visibility on search engines such as Google to drive more visitor traffic and more bookings directly to your website. At $295 (inc GST) for 12 months, that's incredible value. More info on ATDW here.
To list on the ATDW and to be eligible for the subsidy, your business must meet the criteria explained in full detail here:
• Operate within East Gippsland
• Provide a tourism or leisure experience
• Have a physical presence in East Gippsland where visitors can access your product or service
• Align with of the following listing categories: Accommodation; Attraction; Food and Drink; Hire; Tour; Transport and General Service.

Ecotourism is one of the fastest growing sectors of the tourism industry worldwide. Ecotourism Australia’s guidelines help businesses lead in ecotourism by ensuring destination sustainability and supporting local communities.
By following our best practice standards, you can provide a high-quality, recognisable product to consumers while increasing sustainable development.
ECO accreditation makes it easy for visitors to find genuine ecotourism operators. Ecotourism Australia offers three certification programs to recognise tourism businesses for their sustainable initiatives: ECO Certification, Sustainable Tourism Certification and the Strive 4 Sustainability Scorecard.
The ECO and Sustainable Tourism certifications are in-depth processes that work with businesses across the key pillars of sustainability, while the Strive 4 Sustainability Scorecard provides a snapshot of a business’s progress towards environmental sustainability goals.
ECO Certification
The ECO Certification program is a world-first and has been developed to address the need to identify genuine nature and ecotourism operators. It is designed for tours, accommodations, and attractions with a nature-focus to their visitor experience.
