Want to take part in a Council Meeting?

There are three ways to engage with Council at a Council meeting. You can:

• speak to an item in the agenda
• provide a written question on any matter (not just items on the agenda)
• make a presentation to Council (groups and organisations)

You'll need to fill out a form and get it to us by the deadline. Forms are available below or at the meeting.
