In accordance with Clause 3 of Schedule 10 of the Local Government Act 1989 and Section 12 of the Road Management Act 2004, Council proposes to close a portion of unused road at the eastern boundary of 81 Limestone Road Benambra and exchange the portion of unused road to the adjoining owner for an area of the Limestone Road that goes through the property.
Written submissions about the proposed road closure and exchange will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Act and must be received at Council’s Corporate Centre, 273 Main Street, Bairnsdale 3875, by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 7 April 2020.
