We are preparing our next Domestic Animal Management Plan and we’re looking for input from people who do, and do not, own pets.

Our aim is for pets to live safe, happy lives while also meeting the needs of neighbours, people in public spaces, other pets, and wildlife.

We know pets are an integral part of people’s health and wellbeing and are always looking for innovative ways to support pet owners. The objective of the Domestic Animal Management Plan is to help us provide a professional, consistent and proactive approach to domestic animal management services.

We prepare a new Domestic Animal Management Plan every four years and have started work on our 2021-25 plan.
