We are always looking for ways to improve our customer service. From the 4th May to the 16th May 2021, we will be contacting customers to ask how we can improve on your recent customer experience with Council.
Customers who have been in contact with us over the last three months may receive an email or phone call from CSBA market research on behalf of Council. A short five minute survey will seek your feedback on your recent experience with us
Your feedback will help us identify opportunities and issues, so that we can enhance our service to you. The survey results will be benchmarked against other Councils.
All feedback is anonymous and cannot be tracked to the person completing the survey. If you have any questions about the research, please contact Council.
