Council is the responsible owner and operator of three Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA) certified airports located across the region: Bairnsdale, Orbost (Marlo), and Mallacoota. Each airport is maintained and meet published CASA regulatory standards, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable aviation infrastructure for the community and broader region.

- General Aviation (GA) operations by local pilots and recreational users.
- Emergency response aircraft supporting firefighting, medical transfers, and disaster recovery and response.
- Chartered flights for business, tourism, and government purposes.
- A small flight training school at Bairnsdale Airport.
