Public attendance at Council Meetings
The ouncil Chamber at the Corporate Centre, 273 Main Street, Bairnsdale, and the public gallery on Level 1 can accommodate a maximum of 70 visitors. Seating is limited, and priority will be given to registered speakers, with reserved seating allocated accordingly.
While seating in the public gallery is limited, ample standing room is available for additional attendees.
On occasions where a large public gallery is expected, a television screen and speaker will be made available in an adjacent area to allow additional visitors to view the proceedings.
A limited number of printed copies of the agenda will be available at the meeting. Attendees are encouraged to view the agenda online in advance where possible.
