In the interests of transparency, Council wishes to advise that changes have been made to Attachment 1 - Draft Permit Conditions of the above report. Changes were made to Conditions 3c, 13 and 20.
Late Fridayafternoon, minor errors were identified in some of the draft conditionsrelating to the proposed medical centre application.
Briefly, the errors which have now been rectified include:
- Condition 3c - previously referred to the car park being constructed from gravel, which was incorrect. This has been corrected to a two-coat bitumen seal.
- Condition 13 - previously prohibited vegetation removal, despite the permit (if approved) allowing it. The wording has been amended to permit only lawful removal, with nothing additional.
- Condition 20 - the operating hours wording was ambiguous. This has been reworded for clarity; the operating hours themselves have not changed.
