This week, we’ve begun sending SMS reminders to residents with outstanding rates who are not on an instalment plan. The messages include payment details and our contact information, making it easy to finalise payment or get in touch.

For security, the SMS will not contain any links – they’re simply a reminder to act or contact us directly.

If you’re already paying by instalments or on a payment plan, you won’t receive a message.
