Ratepayers will receive their 2020-21 Valuation and Rate notice this month.
If you do not receive your Valuation and Rate notice by 21 September, please contact us for a copy, at no cost.
Check the details are correct: You are encouraged to review all of the information on your notice and contact us if you have any concerns.
Quarterly instalments: First instalment due by 30 September.
Nine instalments: Only available by direct debit; first payment due on 30 September 2020.
Full payment: due by 15 February 2021. No reminder notices are issued for this option.
Payment arrangement: Anyone experiencing difficulties in making payment should contact us as early as possible to make a suitable payment arrangement. Ratepayers are reminded that interest penalties apply to payments that are made after the due date/s.
If you have elected to receive your notice by BPAY View, you should check your bank website for your 2020-21 notice. The notice should be received by 11 September.
