We are pleased to announce a series of pop-up community sessions, providing residents with an open platform to engage directly with local representatives.

These welcoming, drop-in sessions will be hosted at local hubs, event spaces and mobile service locations to ensure maximum accessibility. Community members are invited to share their ideas, raise important issues, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the region.

Residents are encouraged to attend to:

• Engage in direct dialogue with the Mayor and Councillors.
• Provide valuable feedback, ideas, and local concerns.
• Inquire about ongoing Council services and active regional projects.

No prior bookings or appointments are required. Community members may drop in at any point during the scheduled times.
