East Gippsland Shire Council gives notice under Section 181(5)(b) of the Local Government Act 1989 and s114(2) of the Local Government Act 2020 that it intends to sell the land described below by public treaty for at least the current market value.

The land is:

• 23 Camp Street, Omeo being the land in certificate of title volume 9966 folio 955
• 6/24-26 Langford Parade, Paynesville being the land in certificate of title volume 9792 folio 401
