These parcels of land are proposed to be sold on the open market for not less than market valuation, in accordance with the Sale of Council Land Policy.

Written submissions

Submissions will be considered in accordance with section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989 and must be received at Council’s Corporate Centre, 273 Main Street, Bairnsdale 3875, by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 31 March 2020.

Anyone making a submission should indicate whether they wish to be heard in support of their written submission, either in person, or by a person acting on their behalf, at a meeting comprising the whole of Council.

The meeting quorum being five Councillors; the meeting will be held on Tuesday 21 April 2020 at 1.30 pm at the Corporate Centre, 273 Main Street, Bairnsdale.

Any submissions received are open for public inspection.
