Council intends to offer a 21-year lease term over 426A Main Beach Walk Lakes Entrance to Surf Life Saving Lakes Entrance Inc for surf life saving activities.

Council must undertake public consultation on the proposed term of the lease before commencing the lease, under section 115 of the Local Government Act 2020.

Written submissions about the proposed 21-year lease are invited and must be received at the Corporate Centre, 273 Main Street Bairnsdale 3875 or emailed to feedback@egipps.vic.gov.au by 4.00 pm on Tuesday 1 March 2022.
