Safer at the Junction Community Survey

You are invited to participate in a survey on safety in the Junction Precinct and the Gray Street car park in Lakes Entrance.

You are invited to participate in a survey being conducted by East Gippsland Shire Council on safety in the Junction Precinct and the Gray Street car park in Lakes Entrance. The purpose of the survey is to collect information from people aged 18 years or over on levels of crime and disorder in this area, perceptions of safety and experience of crime.

We surveyed community members in June 2017 to gauge sentiment before the implementation of the Safer at the Junction Project. We are now surveying community members’ sentiment following the completion of the project to see how it has changed perceptions of safety and experience of crime.

The completion of your survey will help us document the impact the funding has had on perceptions of crime in the area. The survey is entirely confidential and no personally identifying information will be collected at any stage. You are welcome to withdraw from the survey at any time, should you wish to do so.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Please return your hardcopy survey to the Lakes Entrance Customer Service Centre by 5pm, Friday 29 November 2019.

This survey can be completed online: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/JunctionPlaceNov2019

If you have any questions about the survey, please contact Sueanne Claringbould, Community Planning Project Officer on 5153 9500
