Premier’s Active April continues beyond April this year to help Victorians continue to get their 30 minutes a day of physical activity while stay at home restrictions remain in place. We’re getting behind women who are giving it a go and getting active no matter how well they do it, how they look or how sweaty they get.

East Gippsland is proud to be a supporter of this powerful campaign from VicHealth is designed to encourage, motivate and inspire women to become more active. 

Join This Girl Can - Victoria ambassador Jagriti for 30 minutes of movement you can do from your living room, kitchen...even balcony. It's fun and perfect for beginners.
