Disabled Parking Application - Organisation

 

Important Information

  • A permit can only be used until the end date.
  • The permit needs to be put on the front left side of the dashboard, with the number and end date showing.
  • When asked by an officer, you must
  1. State your name and address
  2. Show your licence
  3. Prove the permit holder is driving or a passenger in the vehicle
  4. Move the vehicle if the officer decides the permit is invalid or the permit holder is not in the vehicle
  • You must be the permit holder or driving the vehicle for the benefit of the permit holder. The permit holder must enter or leave the vehicle.

A permit will not be issued unless all details are completed in this application.
