Health Premises
Registrations and inspections for hairdressers, beauty salons, tattooists and ear piercing salons.
Council’s Environmental Health unit is responsible for registering Health Premises, including the following:
- Hairdressers
- Skin penetration premises (ear and body piercing, etc.)
- Tattooists
- Beauty treatment (electrolysis, waxing, nails, etc.)
- Colonic irrigation premises.
These premises must be registered and inspected on an annual basis.
