Apply to amend a planning permit application

To amend an application for a planning permit, you must:

• Complete the Application to Amend a Planning Permit Application Form 
• Pay the fee (see below)
• Provide a written statement explaining why the amendment is required

Apply to amend a planning permit

You can apply to:

• Amend the conditions of a permit.
• Amend the use or development for which the permit was issued, or
• Amend approved plans

To amend a Planning Permit, you must:

• Fill out an Application to Amend a Planning Permit form

Extension of time for a planning permit

First, check the expiry date of your permit. 

You can extend a permit up to three months after the expiry date.

To extend the length of a permit, you must:

• Complete an Extension of Time to a Planning Permit form
• Pay the relevant fee (see below)
• Provide a written statement describing how long you want to extend the permit and why.
