Lakes Entrance Northern Growth Area Development Levies

This page shows the levies payable for properties within the Lakes Entrance Northern Growth Area, with indexation applied to July 2015.

Properties within the Lakes Entrance Northern Growth Area will be liable for the following levies depending on the type development.

 

Community Infrastructure Levy

 

This $900 levy is payable at the Building Permit stage. It applies to all dwellings developed where the DCP01 applies.

 

This does not include existing residential development at the time of the publication of the Development Contributions Plan (February 2014) being house lots on Country Club Drive, Riviera Court and Lawson Drive.

 

Development Infrastructure Levy

Property numbers correspond to specific properties shown in the map on page 28 of the Lakes Entrance Northern Growth Area Development Contributions Plan.

 

This levy is payable at the subdivision stage, before a Statement of Compliance is issued. For staged subdivisions, this levy may be payable per stage.
