Mobile Library Service
Our Mobile Libraries operate at rural and remote sites throughout the East Gippsland Shire on a fortnightly timetable (public holidays and school holidays excepted). Schedules are available at our library service centres or can be downloaded via the links below:
Serving the communities of Bendoc, Bruthen, Buchan, Cann River, Clifton Creek, Delegate River, East Bairnsdale, Goongerah, Lindenow, Lindenow South, Metung, Swan Reach, Tambo Upper, Tubbut, and W Tree.
Serving the communities of Benambra, Ensay, Omeo and Swifts Creek.
Serving the communities of Bemm River, Cabbage Tree Creek, Cann River, Genoa, Mallacoota, Marlo and Newmerella.
How to read the schedules
Find your site on the ‘Times and locations’ list to see the weekday and time of the visit. The colour code for your site indicates the matching coloured dates on the calendar. We will make every effort to advise you if any changes or cancellations are made.
Outreach Centres
The Outreach Centres listed below, provide local access to some library services. They are an alternative service for those who cannot attend the mobile library on its scheduled day.
