Is your business prepared for the Carbon Tax?
Do you know what government funding opportunities are available to help you prepare?
Do you have strategies and systems in place to comply with and manage the new tax?
Whether you’re a small business operator or a larger manufacturing business you might find some answers at the East Gippsland Carbon Tax Forum being held at the Bairnsdale Sporting and Convention Centre on Tuesday 19 June 2012.
The round-table event will include a breakfast, morning tea and lunch, with participants able to choose individual sessions or attend for the whole morning.
It will include a carbon tax briefing by Laurie Gutteridge from VECCI, a session on the impact of carbon tax on freight by Rose Elphick from the Victorian Freight and Logistics Council and a session on carbon tax funding opportunities and an example from industry, presented by Tim Wills.
Independent not-for-profit organisation ClimateWorks Australia will also address the forum.
