Guidelines for Documents for Public Inspection

Section 82A of the Local Government Act 1989 requires Councils to maintain an Internet website.  In addition, section 82 (2)(c) of the Act requires that certain documents are made available for public inspection and that information about how a member of the public can examine each document on the list is published on Council’s website.
